specification sheet cannot open?

specification sheet cannot open?

specification sheet cannot open?

(OP)
I am pretty sure the spec sheet has been created. There is form no. But when I try to open it, I got "cannot load page #1". What could be the problems?

Under FILE/Preferences/Instrument Specifications/General, the Global Path is not defined. I don't know if that could be the problem. I am not the administrator.

RE: specification sheet cannot open?

Hello,

Resolution(s):

Several options for resolutions are possible:

1.    Look for the  PSR path in the preferences (pulldown menu "File" -> preference -> instrument specifications -> general))
2.    Look if there's the Directory c:\temp exists and/or permissions to write exists, or if temporary folder is set at the preferences.

3.If nothing works; create a new login name, this will solve your problem.

Cheers!
