tight rubber covering needed

(OP)
We're wanting to have a heavy wall (.125"-.150") rubber covering applied over corrugated stainless steel tubing to provide a soft smooth surface. The rubber must be tightly applied, as the tubing is bent and the rubber cannot "crease" or "fold" on the inner surface of the bend. Nylon, silicone, EPDM, have been suggested, however, we have no company to work with that might extrude these materials and work with us in development.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Try those PVC tool handle "dips"?
