(OP)
Any good suggestions for a material (plastic) for a manifold for a plating fixture using the following:

1% potassium silver cyanide
1% potassium carbonate
in DI water
This solution comes out to a pH of about 14

Its use will be infrequent but it needs to last a number of rounds of parts.  Also a good o-ring / gasket material suggestion for the seals would be appreciated.
thanks
Ron

RE: plastic plating fixture

I'm not clear on what you want.

Do you want a rack for holding parts?  If so, unless only doing immersion plating, it must be metal for electrical conductivity.  Except for contact points, racks are usually coated with a PVC plastisol which is then baked at about 400oF. Maybe powder coating with polyethylene will work for such mild conditions.

I suggest that your solution pH is about 9, and operates at room temperature.  Yes?

Almost any plastic will work for tanks & gaskets for a room temperature, slightly alkaline cyanide solution. Natural polypropylene is a common tank material.

But, when all else fails, read the instructions.  What does your chemical supplier's product bulletin say?
