Currently, I am using UG NX & want to add assembly diagram (tree diagram)in a dwg.

Does anyone know how could i will do in drafting mode?

Thanks,

RE: Assembly diagram

Yes there is a way to do this. In drafting work bench go under assemblies/report and you will see a assembly diagram, use this. Make sure that assemblies icon is on to see this option

RE: Assembly diagram

jec3300, Great info. How do you edit the diagram and does it update?

Thanks

I have only modeling & drafting mode of UG only (no assembly license) & the originally model was made in catia v4.

Do you think still i can use assembly diagram in dwgs (in UG)?

RE: Assembly diagram

TACKS652, The diagram is a report that is placed on the drawing. You can edit the text with the text editor. As for up-dating, no it is only a report, so you will have to generate a new report everytime something changes.
