Pressure vessel mounted on truck

Pressure vessel mounted on truck

(OP)
Pressure vessel used to store yeast is being designed for 2 bar in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div.1.The tank will be used to transfer contents ( yeast ) from one brewery  to other brewery. When in use this tank will be stationery.

This tank is for New Brubswick.

Question is that for CRN, do we need to comply with requirements of DOT also.

Thanks in advance

RE: Pressure vessel mounted on truck

DOT is for US,
you should contact New Brubswick Dept of Labour,
to register your vessel

RE: Pressure vessel mounted on truck

You may want to check with New Brunswick? department of transportation regarding a pressure vessel on a roadway/highway.

We transport crude oil samples (1000 cc) to the lab, and I believe there are regulations covering that.
