Client is insisting on new KPIs for warehousing operation for rolls of fabric/paper.  She mentioned a 1.0 MSY/1OE per square foot or better indicator.  Anyone know what the heck she meant?  I need to know really fast.  Thanks.

RE: Performance Standard definition

Why don't you ask her to clarify her requirement.  Remember the are now stupid questions, only stupid answers.

She does not even know what this means.  I was told, "It is a common warehousing standard that I should know." as a response.  I actually have two needs.  One, what does this mean?  And more importantly, how does one calculate this?
