Mirroring Bodies With Logo Cut

Mirroring Bodies With Logo Cut

Mirroring Bodies With Logo Cut

(OP)
I have a solid body that I want to mirror, but the source body has a logo that I want to use on the second body.  When I mirror about a plane, the logo on the second body now reads backwards.  Any thoughts on overcomming this issue?  The logo is cut into a imported solid, so I dont have the geometry for it.

RE: Mirroring Bodies With Logo Cut

turn the cut in the imported solid into a sketch.

RE: Mirroring Bodies With Logo Cut

Use Insert --> Face --> Delete to delete the logo from the mirrored copy, then add a new logo.

Looks like im going to have to do a combination of both suggestions.  Delete the face, then convert entities of the logo, mirror the sketch, and then cut the new logo.
