HF120, Harmonic modulation!

(OP)
Hallo People,
i`m trying since 2 Weeks to simulate with the help from HF120 the change from the EF with the frequencies and then the current or the change over the frequenz and resistivity.
but my mainproblem is the EF!
I design an IDC (interdigital capacitor Finger Structure) first problem i dont know how to setup up the bondary condition with this AX from one side and from other side i dont know wht to ntrude on the Finger or electrode (a Current density, EF or what and how) that`s a part from my mainprogram:
! Define electrodes as components

nsel,s,loc,y,ys,ys+ye ! Select all nodes on electrode
nsel,r,loc,x,(xs-xeb)/2,(xs+xeb)/2
nsel,r,loc,z,0
!cm,elec1,Area
BFA,All,EF,0,1,0,0    !Intrude EF in y-component

ASEL,S,LOC,x,0
ASEL,A,LOC,x,xs
cm,elec2,node
DA,ALL,AX,0   ! SET ELECTRIC WALL CONDITION (TANGENTIAL E=0)

Please first i want to know if it`s possible to simulate the EF over the frequency not only in a wave-guide.
