Hi gang,

I am in immediate need.  I need to know what the maximum/preferred slope for a non-ADA walkway...I am scrambling thru UBC, but I am in a pinch for time.  
Any assistance is apprecitated. Thanks.

UBC Volume 1 Chapter 10 deals with means of egress. Perhaps Section 1003.4.3 might be what you are looking for.

1 in 12 slope has worked in large stadium ramps with level landings at eight foot vertical intervals (landings and turns).
