ICPR or SWMM capability

(OP)
All,
I have a stormwater problem that has grown to complex for me to accomplish with excel.  I need to make a recommendation as to what modeling software to use.  I need a program that can specifically model the following:

We will have a series of bioretention cells that will collect stormwater and discharge two ways.
The first method of discharge will be an underdrain which will eventually discharge at an elevation below the surface elevation of the cell but above the invert of the inflow pipe.
The second way is overflow into the next bioretention cell.

Anyone know if HEC-HMS (doubt it) or ICPR or SWMM can handle a series of these?

RE: ICPR or SWMM capability

I find that xpswmm is very powerful and very flexible but at the same time not very easy to master. It takes a while to figure it out. If you got this software I could answer your questions on this forum provided I know the answer. I would call XPSWMM and ask them your specific question. xpsoftware.com

RE: ICPR or SWMM capability

ICPR will also work, but just have to be careful with input information and model stability.
