Unigraphics II V15 Plot Que help

Unigraphics II V15 Plot Que help

(OP)
Hello

I hope someone has the answer to this. I am trying to use my HP5si as a plotter, it is on line to my computer through a network so I need to edit a Que or create another one to get this to work.
If someone could show me what to do here in the que and explain the process I need to do to get this to work I would appreciate very much.

RE: Unigraphics II V15 Plot Que help

My guess is that the 5si is a PCL printer and it doesn't support HP/GL or HP/GL2, which is required to act as a plotter for UG.
If it does suport HP/GL, then it would be configured as a normal HP pen plotter.

Thanks Ben

Yes the printer will work as a plotter but I am still unable to make it work. In what line do I place the TCPIP address??
Do you have an example of a que that may help me here, I am not IT minded just a UG user.
