Hi..everyone..

Please let me know exactly what fha deviation in gear inspection ?

I know it is a profile slope deviation.
But what does it mean ?

Please help me...

RE: fha deviation.

The fHa is the alignment error of a best straight line drawn from the start of the active profile to the end of the active profile of a charted gear tooth involute.  Of itself, it doesn't tell you much unless you take the form variation (ffa) and the required quality of the charted involute into consideration with it.

I hope that helps.
