The site http://www.wbdg.org/design/env_blast.php has some downloadable details from TM 5-1300

What do you need one for? Are you doing work for the federal government? If so, they should provide you with one copy.
I also agree with the above post, it is a huge volume.

RE: Help locating manual
I have e-mailed and left a phone message at the USCOE website for a copy but have yet to get any response.
I have an existing metal building that I am analyzing to make structural modifications to upgrade its wind load capacity. As an addendum, the client has requested a blast wave resistance capacity.
I need the manual to assist in this.
I have a copy of ASCE's "Design of Blast Resistant Buildings in Petrochemical Facilities" and it is very helpful, but it heavily references this manual.
I understood that the manual was approximately 1000 pages (not 6000!!).

The Report # is A272342. You can purchase a hard copy, but we ourchased the PDF version for $8.95. It took a bit of digging to find this website, but it was well worth it, because it doesn't seem like its a wide spread availability yet.

I just ordered the pdf. Only it sounds like you got a deal. It cost me $161!!
