I have been trying to machine 1" thick Amber Polyurethane.I have tried all speeds and feeds,with no goog results.Best case is .020 cut at 60 RPMS.I have multiple parts,so you see this would take forever.any help would be a reliefe.

Try sticking it in the freezer first.

Also, use high-speed steel cutters.

Yeah freeze it..liquid nitrogen works well.

Remeber that the material will shrink when you freeze it...you have to compensate for the dimensional change.
