By Pass Valve Design

(OP)
Hi,
I am looking for a filter element by pass valve which is installed at the filter element outlet.
The concern with this installation type is that it is necessary to have two sealing areas on the by pass poppet.
It is easy to install one metal to metal sealing area but it is difficult on the other area to remove the o ring. There is a risk that the o ring will stick because the by pass valve does not operate very often.
Do you have some design ideas without any o ring (all metal to metal design) ?
I hope that I was clear ...
Thanks
Eric
