Hi,

has anyone had problems running ProE 2000i2 on a Dell workstation with an ATI GL2 Fire graphics card.

We use other viewers for lightweight data; but we wind up seeing the ProE splash screen....any thoughts?  config settings, etc??

RE: ProE and ATI GL2 graphics

We have one that has been running for about a year without incident.  Just switched to Pro/E 2001 and no problems there either.  I can post the driver versions if you like.

Regards,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

thanks for the response (was this on a dell machine like
a 330 or 530?)

That would be great if you could post the drivers or versions..

RE: ProE and ATI GL2 graphics

I recall seeing some tech notes in the knowledge base regarding your card, I think.  It could be version-specific...if the new drivers and/or setting your config options correctly don't work, I would try installing a newer date code for the version you are running.
