MP159 260 ksi Alloy Fatigue data S/N?

MP159 260 ksi Alloy Fatigue data S/N?

MP159 260 ksi Alloy Fatigue data S/N?

(OP)
Where can I obtain Fatigue data for Multiphase Alloy MP159 260 ksi AMS 5842 alloy as used in Aircraft Fasteners (Bolts)?  Mil Hdbk 5J has none.  Does someone like Carpenter have this available?  My company has a DaDT (crack growth) department but I'm really just interested in doing a simple Fatigue check on my own to evaluate Limit Loading for a low stress margin application on a high performance airframe application.

Thanks

RE: MP159 260 ksi Alloy Fatigue data S/N?

Timken Latrobe shows an endurance limit of 100 ksi when fatigue testing smooth bars at an R ratio of 0.1.  The following link is their data bulletin:

http://www.timken.com/products/specialtysteel/engineering/tech_info/PDF_Files/vac_arc/HighTemp/MP159_Alloy.pdf

The Carpenter website only has rotating bending data for MP35N (cold drawn and aged to 265 ksi):

106 cycles = 108 ksi
107 cycles = 99 ksi
108 cycles = 97 ksi

The best source of fatigue data would probably be SPS:

Nice thanks TVP - the SPS Report 5533 was very useful and complete.
