Is EN 10130 equivalent to ASTM A 1011 Grade B?

RE: Material Equivalents

Carburize;
Did several searches, and the closest match I could find was ASTM A 366-97 for EN10130-99.

RE: Material Equivalents

.....ASTM A619 and A620 also popped up on the radar screen as a deep draw quality steel cross match with EN10130-99.

RE: Material Equivalents

First, ASTM A 1011 is a standard for hot-rolled steels.  EN 10130 is for cold-rolled steels.  The EN standard for hot-rolled steels would be EN 10111.  Both EN 10111 and 10130 list several/many different grades, so you would need to be more specific on the grade as well as the standard.  Also, ASTM A 1011 has a Type B Commercial Steel and a Type B Drawing Steel.
