Floworks for Thermal Simulation of Chassis?

Floworks for Thermal Simulation of Chassis?

Floworks for Thermal Simulation of Chassis?

(OP)
Hello.  I am part of a group tasked with taking a look at which packages to use for Thermal Simulation of simple PCB's and full chassis including multiple PCB's in a sheet metal housing for fluid flow and hotspots.  Some fans and inlets with a half dozen boards.  Current packages I have been told to look at are Flotherm, Icepak from Fluent and Floworks from Solidworks.  I'd like to have some integration with a 3D CAD tool.  Some of these packages are rather expensive, but I more concerned about performance.  Is Floworks up to the task and can it compare to Icepak or Flotherm?  Loking at the PC platform as opposed to Unix or Linux.  Any suggestions or experiences would be appreciated.  Does anyone know of acutal comparative data among these packages and/or comparative data with real-worl test results?  Thank you.
