Fatigue Data

Fatigue Data

(OP)
My company is trying to build a good composite library, and I was wondering if anyone has some good references for graphite/epoxy fatigue data?

RE: Fatigue Data

Thanks Dr. Daniel Samborsky.  One question though-the nomenclature of the materials used in the report, i.e., DDW, are not clearly identified.  Where can this information be found?

RE: Fatigue Data

The material names are random letters and numbers. Each material is listed in the front tables (first 30 pages) and then in the detailed list of tests, more information on the fiber volume fraction, lay-up and fabrics and resin are listed. I am still testing materials and this database is updated every year (lots of carbon fiber stuff to add). If you have specific questions, visit the composites group web page ( www.coe.montana.edu/composites )
