Refernce for Transfering Loads From Wall To Caltrans Standard CIDH

(OP)
Right now I am working on preliminary calculations for a pile supported retaining wall.  I have transferred the loads to my concrete beam/footing and have the Factor Axial Load, Moments and Shear.

I am looking into using a Caltrans Standard 16 in. CIDH pile located on B2-3 of the Caltrans Standard Plans, which has the design capacity and I also plan to use the Lateral Resistance from section 4.5.6.5.1 from the Caltrans Bridge Design Specifications November 2003.

Do you guys know of a reference that discusses this kind of design to help me out in this design.  Right now I am working independently on this project and want to get as much info.

THANKS
