Does anyone can help me for precision air conditioning?

Our client asked a maximum temperature difference +/- 1 degrees celcius and RH %50 (+/- 10) for a sensitive or precision calibration room.

How we can get data for precision air conditioning desing with its classification.

Do you really mean that kind of control for general room conditioning or do you mean this control for the  environmental testing of a product ?.
As stated by imok2 there are many companies out there who can control computer rooms, clean rooms, environmental chambers. It sure can be done.
