Gas Meter Fittings 45LT, 30LT, 10LT

(OP)
Does anyone know where I can find any information on the threas sizes of gas meter fittings.  Specifically the 45LT, 30LT, and 10LT fittings?  I have searched google and looked in the machinist hand book but have found very little. Only info so far is the pitch 11 1/2.  If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

jm
