Task Scheduler Printing Issues

Task Scheduler Printing Issues

Task Scheduler Printing Issues

(OP)
SWX 2006 SP2.0

I am trying to print about 75 files to our HP LaserJet 5000 printer via the Task Scheduler.
I pick my folder of all of my files, set the available print options to 11x17 landscape, schedule the time and let it go.
The problem is that some of the files come out 'fit to sheet' and some look zoomed up where I only get a portion of the drawing.  Is there anyway to set all of the files to print to fit?

Thanks

RE: Task Scheduler Printing Issues

Just guessing here, but make sure the printers "Page Setup" is set to "Use System Settings" & that those settings are what you require.

Hey Diamondcat!

I know your pain, and I really don't like Task Scheduler. Sometimes it seems to just sit there doing nothing, and when it does print, who knows what you'll get.

I've started to use PAC4SWX (http://swtools.cad.de/us_prog_pac.htm) which should do the trick for you too.
