Request to provide experiences of using HPRT in refineries (DHDS, Hydrotreaters, Hydrocrackers etc).

RE: Hydraulic pressure recovery turbines in Refineries

We have 1 HPRT in Hydrocracker unit and 2 HPRT in VRDS unit. And they are mostly working well.
 The one in HYC is ;
  a. High Pressure separator liquid pressure recovery
     turbine to pump charge to the unit.

 And, the others in VRDS are ;
  a. high pressure rich amine pressure recovey turbine
     to pump lean  which is used for H2S removal in
     recycle gas.
  b. high pressure reaction loop washing H.C pressure
     recovey turbine to pump washing H.C from low pressure
     sec.
