Motor parameter detecting

Motor parameter detecting

Motor parameter detecting

(OP)
When we measure resistance from the terminals of a motor with an ohm-meter, is it stator resistance (no matter about star or delta connection)?
If so, is it also valid for leakage inductance of the stator (or rotor-stator combination since the measurement device will produce alternating signal to calculate indcutance)?

RE: Motor parameter detecting

This question and your previous one. The 6SE70 (I assume that that is what you are working with) does the measurements if you run the motor parameter identification part of the comissioning program.

I agree that it would be nice to know about all those details. But you do not need it.
