hAVE A FLAKE ICE MACH.WITH WATER COOLED CONDENSER,FORMALLY USED R-502,SINCE CONVERTED TO 404A,WITH NEW COMPRESSOR,FILTER / DRIER, NEED TO KNOW WHAT TEMP/PRESS. FOR CHARGING.

RE: TEMP./PRESS. FOR FLAKE ICE MACHINES.

Temps should be as manufacturer has specified.  Evaporator temp should be in the 0 to plus 7 degree F. range.  Colder and you will damage the auger and warmer will not produce sufficient ice.  The Condensing temperature should also reflect a 90 to 105 degree F. condition.
