Draw a box around a dim? (theoretically exact)

Draw a box around a dim? (theoretically exact)

(OP)
The ISO Handbook suggests that for defining the position of holes on a plate, one way is to use postional tolerance (circle with centre mark) for the centre of each circle and a theoretically exact dimension. This is signified by a rectangular box round the dim, but I can't see how to do this automatically. Anyone met this and succeeded?

Cheers,

RE: Draw a box around a dim? (theoretically exact)

In the properties box that comes up when you dimension, it is in the pull down list for tolerances- select "basic."

Thanks,

That has cleared it up!
