What is he (+) and (-) 24vdc loop color code? I see brown and orange, but dont't know which is which. Simple question, but I haven't found the answer yet.

In the USA few insulation colors are assigned by codes and standards.  Black and white are common wfor 4-20 mAdc signals ith the 24 Vdc source being black.  Black and red are also common.  See corporate specification requirements.

NEC color examples include gray, green, white, blue.
