Neutralization Systems for Low pH discharge

Neutralization Systems for Low pH discharge

Neutralization Systems for Low pH discharge

(OP)
I have an odor control system that will be discharging 7 gpm continously of acidic drain. A discharge permit will not allow us to discharge unless above 5.0 units. Therefore I need to design a neutralization system. Does anyone have any references they can point me to or manufacturers of neutralizaton systems that I can request proposals from.

Thanks

RE: Neutralization Systems for Low pH discharge

Call the local EPA office. you may need something to inject caustic soda into the discharge and mix it before discharge.
