(OP)
Can anyone tell me where I can find fatigue (S-N) curves for 9% Ni steel?

RE: 9 percent Nickel Steel Fatigue Curves

Try searching the Nickel Institute Website http://www.nickelinstitute.org

You might find the data in these documents "1238 - LOW-TEMPERATURE PROPERTIES OF NICKEL ALLOY STEELS," or "1232 - FRACTURE TOUGHNESS AND RELATED CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CRYOGENIC NICKEL STEELS (1983)."

RE: 9 percent Nickel Steel Fatigue Curves

Have you checked ASM Handbook Vol 19 "Fatigue and Fracture"?
