Traffic impact analysis exhibits

(OP)
I'm new to the traffic engineering field and I have been given the task of creating traffic pattern exhibits outlining the volume of traffic at intersections using AutoCAD. I have found a piece of software that looks like it might be helpful, http://www.polytechcorp.com/tiah.htm , but it only allows a user to work with 2 intersections unless I register it. According to the website it uses output from Traffix which is good, but I am wondering if anyone has used this software or currently does and if they could tell me the good points and bad points. The price seems reasonable enough for a single license, but I have to be able to convince the powers that be to spring for some dough.
Thanks
