How to insert MY title block

How to insert MY title block

How to insert MY title block

(OP)
Is there an easy way to insert my current "Title Block" in CATIA. Also could this be saved under Title/Frame creation so insertion is easy next time.
I saw the folder where sample title block resides (under "FrameTitleBlock"), it has a bitmap and a CAT script (i.e same name but different extentions). Does the CATIA script is the one that shows up on Title creation.

RE: How to insert MY title block

Titleblocks can be either inserted from an existing CATDrawing or via script.   When you Insert from an existing CATDrawing, I believe you get the file dialog and simply navigate to where your sample exists.

Most of us use some modified for of the titleblock macro.  There is also a free one available on the catiav5forum.com

RE: How to insert MY title block

Try "page set up" and "insert background view" and "browse".  Select the .CATdrawing file with format you want, and it will be copied into the background of your new drawing file.
