Synthetic Polyisoprene Aging Temp ???

Synthetic Polyisoprene Aging Temp ???

Synthetic Polyisoprene Aging Temp ???

(OP)
I am working on a product that uses synthetic polyisoprene as a seal between two PVC housings. The synthetic polyisoprene is .25" x .25" cylinder. In the assembled condtion the polyisoprene is compressed between .008" and .010".  I am running in to a problem with accelerated aging.
So far I have tested it at 50C, 55C, and 60C for 1-year equivalent aging. Humidity is not controlled in our ovens. After aging I have noticed that the polyisoprene takes a compression set which is creating a leak.

Does anyone know of the recommended aging temperature for synthetic polyisoprene?
