Waterproofing conduit with 5kv cables

(OP)
Hello, I have a set of 5" conduits containing 5kv cables entering the bottom of our switchgear. The conduits come from a building that is lower than our building. During construction( the 5 kv was not engergized and we will be under construction for another year) we had water in the basement and it flowed into the conduits and into the other building. We have since added 2-3" 480v pumps to get the water out and taken other steps. I would like to seal the two 5" conduits but I haven't found anything listed and labeled for the purpose. I know I could use ductseal but I was looking for something a little more hi-tech.
Thanks Jim

Thanks, that system looks pretty good.
