Rer-cycled Bitumen Paving

Rer-cycled Bitumen Paving

(OP)
I have a quantity of Bitumen Profilings (the stuff they mill off the road surface before re-laying the topping). I want to re-use the profilings and would like to know if anyone can suggest additives to rejuvinate the bitumen. My thoughts are that there may be a type of surfactant which can be mixed with water and added to the crushed profilings.
Bitumen emulsion works well as does petrol, but they are too expensive.

Thanks.

RE: Rer-cycled Bitumen Paving

Have the millings tested at an asphalt lab. They can probably be used as aggregate for base mix in roads. May be able to sell it to asphalt company. you only have to get the asphalt content up to about 6% for base mix. this stuff is probably already at 4%.
