NAS1097AD7 fastener - Use NAS1241

NAS1097AD7 fastener - Use NAS1241

NAS1097AD7 fastener - Use NAS1241

(OP)
This is a follow-up to thread2-102050 - Regarding NAS1097AD7 rivets.

Note that NAS1241AD6 fasteners are 1/32" oversize shank (i.e. 7/32" - see spec) - The fastener is noted in the spec as repair fasteners for MS20426. However, the head height is closer to a reduced shear head (similar to a 1097) than a tension head - Therefore, I would stick to the NAS1097 shaving thought (i.e. don't shave NAS1241 heads).
