Where can I find hot water generation guides (not steam).
Application: central hot water system for large buildng.

Don't see that mechanicaldup mentioned heating the building -- if so, wouldn't it be more efficient to electrically heat each room with radiant heaters?
Maybe just HW for sinks & such.

The application is electrical hot water generation for showers, bath etc..

Now I understand:
you need a standard hot water heater.
ussually if you need more than 100 GL, you can install one or more heaters or one larger "generator" with a storage tank,
the system is similar to a gas fired but instead of generating the water heating with gas you use electricity.
It is not a rare situation.
