Which Laptop?

Which Laptop?

Which Laptop?

(OP)
Can anyone suggest which laptop to buy for S/W 2005 and is the graphics card certified. I have been looking at the Toshiba Tectra M2/1.7Ghz/NVIDIA GForce FXGO 5200 graphics card but I really don't know. Any suggestions would help.

RE: Which Laptop?

Dell M-20, M-60, M-70.  Workstation class laptops that run SW with no issues.  At least I haven't had any issues and I've been using an M-60 for about a year for everyday modeling work.

RE: Which Laptop?

Do a search here and you'll get a lot of previous information that is still relevant.

RE: Which Laptop?

One thing I can suggest PGJ, is that you please search this forum and FAQ section before posting a question.  This topic was raised two weeks ago and has seen a lot of action in the past year.  Please do your part by searching before posting.
