Galvanic corrosion is the usual concern with dissimilar metal joints.  As far as vibration resistance, that is usually a function of the threaded fastener geometry and preload level generated.

If there is motion between the two parts, you may get wear on the aluminum part preferentially, loosening up the joint and leading to failure.
