Drawing for PDA 27 Sheetpile

Drawing for PDA 27 Sheetpile

(OP)
I am trying to draw an ACAD drawing of the cross section view of a Bethlehem & US Steel PDA 27 sheetpile. But I don't have a copy with the dimensions of the interlocks. Is there any place where I can get either an ACAD drawing or a hardcopy drawing of these sheetpiles?

RE: Drawing for PDA 27 Sheetpile

I checked my very old Bethlehem Steel shape catalogue and didn't find any sheet piles.  The sheet pile shapes, including the PDA27, are in the Fang and Winterkorn "Foundation Engineering Handbook", but as far as the interlock dimensions, you're out of luck.  They even note that different manufacturer's interlocks might not be compatible.
What do you need this for?  Maybe another manufacturer has picked up Bethlehem's rolling equipment or can match it.

See page 16 in "Bethlehem Steel Sheet Piling". You can download a zipped copy of the .pdf version from my web site at the link below.

RE: Drawing for PDA 27 Sheetpile

L.B. Foster and Skyline steel are selling the Bethlehem PZ 27 sheets which are the Z shaped sheets. They also have the PSA 27.5 sheets which are the flat sheets for cellular dams. They have cadd details for download at their websites.
