Mate Errors with Assembly Level Cut-Extrude

Mate Errors with Assembly Level Cut-Extrude

Mate Errors with Assembly Level Cut-Extrude

(OP)
Hi all,

I am doing a section view of a Tank with Transducers.I did assy level pattern of the transducers. I have two configurations:one with an Assy level cut-extrude to generate the section view and other in which the Assy cut is suppressed. It worked great.

Now I changed the number of instances in the linear pattern. Edited the feature scope of the Assy Cut and included the newly created Instances of the Pattern. It Cut the patterns well but its generatiing mate errors. When I am toggling to the other configuration ( where Assy cut is suppressed), mates are resolved properly.

If I delete the Assy cut and redo it everything is fine. Any help will be appreciated.

Regards
