What are the essential reference books to take into the PM portion (in California-if it makes a difference) of the exam, did anyone use Hoel and Garbner's text and how best to prep?
Thanks for any suggestions.

RE: PE transportation depth module

The AASHTO green book for geometric design.

The ITE Highway Capacity Manual for traffic analysis.

The MUTCD for signal warrants & signage.

Maybe the ITE trip generation manual, but probably not.

Maybe Hickerson's Routes and Locations, but probably not.

That should do it.
