Specification for B-Type V-Belt

Specification for B-Type V-Belt

Specification for B-Type V-Belt

(OP)
I am working on a project that requires a simple V-belt drive. I see there are A & B types, but I can't find anything that specifies the use / capabilities between the two.

Any light will be appreciated.

RE: Specification for B-Type V-Belt

In the old days, you could look this up in the old Browning catalog. Today, you can go to www.cptbelts.com, and download the drive design software. This will enable you to spec your design horsepower, desired speed & service factors, and it will give you a variety of belt & pulley options
