Problems creating a new Standards Set

Problems creating a new Standards Set

Problems creating a new Standards Set

(OP)
I am creating "company approved" standards for the toolbox, based on the Ansi Imperial and Metric standards. I created the Imperial set first, with a name "xyz - Imperial" and disabled all the stuff I don't need.

My issue is when I create a standard based on the Ansi Metric. I am not getting any of the 'nested folders', I see the "bolts and screws" heading, but there are no folders below this, so I can't specify any of the actually sizes within the standard. I tried from several different machines, and I am still getting the same issue.

Any thoughts?

RE: Problems creating a new Standards Set

It sounds like you need to do a repair on your install.

RE: Problems creating a new Standards Set

Another thought... are you working from a central toolbox on the network, or does each machine have its own toolbox installation?

The toolbox resides on the server, and we all access it.

Strange how I could do Imperial....

RE: Problems creating a new Standards Set

It sounds like it might be an issue with the toolbox files on the server, in that case.
