Dimension problem in LDD

Dimension problem in LDD

Dimension problem in LDD

(OP)
This site has solved so many problems for me, I thought I would give this one a shot. For the longest time, we have had to go in and manually fix the dimstyles for vertical curve information. The arrows come out huge and the text for the vertical curve length is way too big.

We have been having to use the dimension toolbar, go in and DELETE the overrides, then update the dimensions.

Is there a way to set this permanently so that the vertical curve info comes out right the first time?

Mind you, we have asked AutoDesk about this, and they are the ones who told us we had to manually delete the overrides. But this was 2 or 3 versions ago. I was hoping the problem was resolved by now.

RE: Dimension problem in LDD

Delete the dim overrides before labeling your vert curves is the best I can give you right now. What version of LDD are you using?
Try contacting Michael Farrell with Prime Services. He has helped me a ton with LDD issues. www.primeservicesglobal.com
