signal comparison

signal comparison

(OP)
Hi,

I need to do a signal comparison between two signals to see if there are any bit errors.

So, I'm sending two external signals as input to two different channels of the USB DAQ-6800 and compare it in Labview.  Both signals are being transmitted at 9.6kHz, but one signal will have an unknown delay. Can someone please give me some pointers on how to do the comparison and the calculation of the bit errors between the two signals?  Thanks in advance for any input!
