I am trying to find the average weight per cubic ft or yd  of in-place compacted C & D material and the average weight of the  material entering the gate.

If you hope to get an answer spell out all abbreviations the first time you use a term.  The term  "C & D material" is probably meaningless in over 90% (per cent) of the planet (earth)!

Sorry about that C & D material is construction and demolition debris.

It is still about 120 pcf. concrete and stell and wood mixed
