Hole Wizard Pipe Tap Problem

Hole Wizard Pipe Tap Problem

Hole Wizard Pipe Tap Problem

(OP)
Hi guys,

Is it just me and my machine? When I call out a hole with a pipe tap my drawing shows the tap drill and depth, the dimension for the tapered reamer (which we don't use on a 1/8"n.p.t.) and no callout for the thread. Am I missing something in the set-up?

Thanks,

Dennis

Me again,

Further development, this problem occurs on a mirrored part. The original part works fine, it's when I try to dimension the mirrored part that the hole wizard is messed up. Is this normal or is there something I need to do to make it work?

Thanks,

RE: Hole Wizard Pipe Tap Problem

The hole call-out only works correctly on an original "Hole Wizard" hole. It does't work correctly on any sort of a copy, including mirrored parts.

RE: Hole Wizard Pipe Tap Problem

Hole callout will work for first patterned hole wizard holes, not pattern of patterns.
