Baked Phenolic Internal Coating

Baked Phenolic Internal Coating

(OP)
Hello all

I am looking for Suppliers for Baked Phenolic Coating.

Also how is the baking done, what temperature

RE: Baked Phenolic Internal Coating

If it is a can coating you are seeking, it is unlikely to be pure phenolic. One product type is epoxy/phenolic, used for soft drink can coating. The curing is required above 180 deg. C.
A Google search should get you more information and find your nearest supplier.

This Baked Phenolic Coating was requested by our client for a Pressure Vessel. (Closed Drain Vessel in an oil field).

Since we have not done such coating this query.

RE: Baked Phenolic Internal Coating

Why not get in touch with the coating manufacturers.  You are in the Emirates; all the major coating manufacturers are in the region.  Get on their web sites, get on the phone.  Best of all, if the client wants it, ask the client what they normally use.
